2022 Passover Assistance Application
We are no longer accepting Passover applications for 2022
Jewish Family Service is happy to once again offer Passover food assistance. This is possible because of the community’s support and we are grateful each year it remains available. To find out if you are eligible for Passover assistance please complete the application below.
- Once your complete application has been reviewed, JFS will contact you with a determination within 1-2 weeks. We will notify you when the assistance is approved or denied. Assistance will be mailed.

- Funding is limited and will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Households will only be eligible for this assistance if they are at 250% or below of the Federal Poverty Level. To calculate your income you can use this link.
If you are already connected to Family Support Services or Geriatric Care Management at Jewish Family Service, please contact your care manager for assistance.
APPLICATIONS WILL NOT BE PROCESSED IF DOCUMENTATION IS MISSING.
