Support Groups

You attended school at your kitchen table.
Your extra curriculars were cancelled.
You only saw your friends on a screen.
Clearly the last three years didn’t go as you expected.
Come meet with other teen girls (ages13-18) to share about the ways COVID has caused you to miss out on the typical teen experience. Together, we will navigate the many emotions we are experiencing, grieve what we have lost, and build new connections.

You are invited to join a supportive network of people who understand the challenges and rewards of caregiving in our Family Caregiver Support Group. This weekly group will provide a welcoming, judgement-free place to connect, share experiences and help one another through the stresses of caregiving.
Thursdays from 10:30–11:30am

Let's Talk Socialization Group
This group is aimed at adults 60 and older who are feeling a little isolated. The group runs each Tuesday at 2pm. We will meet face-to-face via Zoom and there are call-in options for those without a computer. New to Zoom? Help is available!
