Shari-Beth Goldman
Shari-Beth Goldman, LMSW takes a collaborative, person- and family-centered approach to support people of all ages in addressing their behavioral health needs. She sees psychotherapy as a relationship and process that helps build competence and confidence, belonging and connection, and a life of personal meaning. Shari received her Master’s degree from the University of Michigan School of Social Work and believes in continuous learning in order to be able to draw from the most current research based tools, including EMDR, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused and Narrative therapies, play therapy, Parent Management Training – Oregon Model, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
