This Months Presentation will be on Seniors and Isolation!

The past several months have been difficult for all of us, but particularly hard on older adults. Isolation has brought with it many challenges and some of our traditional ways of coping with hard times are falling short. Join us on August 25th at noon to learn more about the specific ways seniors have been impacted as well as ways to help.

Lynn Breuer, LMSW, CHC earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Michigan State University and her Masters in Social Work in Interpersonal Practice from the University of Michigan. As a Certified Health Coach and Certified Dementia Practitioner, Lynn currently heads up the Chronic Disease Management programs at Jewish Family Service, which in addition to geriatric care management, includes individual and group health coaching, as well as Mind University, a joint program with JVS human Service Agency. Lynn also serves as adjunct faculty at Madonna University’s School of Social
