Senior adults are leading healthier, more active lives than ever before. At Jewish Family
Service, seniors are empowered to gain control of their lives and, at the same time,
maintain their independence. As a non-sectarian agency, we welcome
people of all faiths, and offer a variety of services aimed at increasing the
quality of life, and maintaining independence, dignity, and self-esteem.
Counseling
Individual, family, and group counseling
is available for depression, grief and
loss, family relationships, retirement, and other life changes.
Care Management
Care management is the coordination of
resources and services to assure that older adults and others requiring
assistance at home receive appropriate and continuous support to meet
their individual needs. A care manager identifies needs,
determines a plan for short or long-term care, arranges for delivery of
services and monitors those services to assure continuity of care.
Home Care Services
Offering personal care, respite care, and homemaker services to
ensure safety and independence in your own home.
Transportation
Reliable JFS drivers provide curb to
curb or door through door transportation to almost any destination.
Our vehicles are comfortable and, if needed, wheelchair accessible.
