Naturalization Preparation & Citizenship Services:
Let our experts help you prepare for naturalization. Our licensed E.S.L. (English as a Second Language) instructors provide classroom and private instruction.

We provide an ongoing ten-week course on American history and government to prepare for the Citizenship exam. Day and evening classes are available.

Our immigration para-legal counselors are current with INS regulations and can help you with a variety of services including:

Assistance with document for the N-400, Green Card, and more
Photographs in compliance with INS regulations
Transportation to INS interviews and citizenship preparatory courses (Review seminars for the INS interview are offered on a regular basis)

Our team of experts offer friendly, low-cost advice and counseling. Our services are private, confidential and BIA (Board of Immigration Appeals) accredited.

Pre-Migration Planning
Let our experienced multi-lingual counselors assist you in preparing for your relatives' immigration to the United States by Providing:

Preparation of affidavits of invitation to bring relatives to the U.S.
Counseling on sponsor's responsibilities
Travel arrangements and housing of new refugees

Resettlement & Acculturation
We are the first to welcome refugees arriving to the metro-Detroit area. Within 24 hours of the New American family's arrival, our staff begins the process of integrating refugees into American society by helping them to learn about a new culture and way of life.

Our caseworkers provide a link to JVS for job training. Our multi-lingual staff and volunteers help New American families deal with the challenges of learning a new culture and a way of life.
